For rental periods of at least one month , monthly rates are as follows :

- for 3 to 6 months : 2,000 € + 16% fee payable upfront + electricity and telecommunications+ cleaning

- for 2 months : 2,100 € + 18% fee payable upfront + electricity and telecommunications + cleaning
(= total roughly 2,700 € per month, average 90 € per night, + exceptional phone calls if any)

- for 1 month : 2,200 € + 20% fee payable upfront + electricity and telecommunications + cleaning (total roughly 2,880 € per month, average 96 € per night, + exceptional phone calls if any)

For shorter rental periods, total all-in rates are as follows :

3 weeks : 2,090 € ( average about 99.5 € per night)
2 weeks : 1,560 € ( average about 111.4 € per night)
1 week : 1,040 € ( average about 148.6 € per night)
